You can browse the website and try artwork on a wall without sending us your photos. We do not use information collected through this website for sale, targeted advertising, or automated decisions about you.
Information we collect and why
When you submit a form, we receive your email address and the details you enter. Depending on the form, these may include your name, optional phone number, project location, message, wall dimensions, surface, and artwork style. We use these details to respond to your request, discuss a project, prepare a quote, and arrange services you agree to.
Forms also record the request type, any marketing choice, the wording and version of that choice, the privacy notice version, and a request reference and browser-reported submission time where JavaScript is enabled. Formspree records receipt on its service. These records help us understand and manage your request and preferences.
Hosting and form providers may process technical information, including your IP address, browser details, requested page, and request time, to deliver their services and prevent abuse. Please do not put payment details, government ID numbers, health information, or children's personal information in a form.
Your wall photos and artwork
The wall studio processes selected JPG and PNG files in your browser. It does not upload them to Vertical Ink Print or Formspree. Refreshing or closing the page clears the studio's working images. A downloaded mockup remains on your device until you delete it.
If you later email us photos or artwork, they become part of that correspondence. Only share images you have permission to use and avoid including people or private information that is not needed for the project.
Who handles information
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Formspree receives online forms and routes them to Vertical Ink Print. Our business email service handles correspondence. Access to enquiry information is limited to people and providers who need it to respond, support the website, or deliver the agreed service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security.
Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Their security logs, backups, and retention practices are governed by their own arrangements and notices. External booking pages, if linked, open only when you choose to visit them.
Cookies and privacy choices
This website's code does not set advertising or analytics cookies, track you through browser storage, or load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or an embedded calendar. Fonts, images, and the printing video are served with the website.
There are currently no optional tracking tools to accept or reject, so we do not show a cookie consent popup. Depending on the security settings and the request, Cloudflare may set cookies to detect automated traffic or remember a completed security check. Formspree may also use security checks when a form is submitted. See Cloudflare's cookie information and Formspree's notice above.
You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking security cookies may prevent a security check or form from working; you can still contact us by phone or email. No sale or targeted advertising is enabled by this website, including for visitors whose browsers send a Global Privacy Control signal.
If optional tracking is introduced, we will update this notice and provide the choices required for that use before enabling it.
Optional email updates
Marketing permission is separate from an enquiry or download. The checkbox starts unticked. Choosing not to receive offers does not stop you from making an enquiry or downloading a lookbook or mockup. We use a positive opt-in for project inspiration and promotional emails.
You can withdraw that permission by using the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or emailing us. Please send your request from the address you want removed when possible. Withdrawing marketing permission does not stop replies to an enquiry or necessary messages about an agreed project. We may retain a minimal record of your opt-out to avoid contacting you again.
How long we keep information
Our standard for enquiries that do not become a project is to delete or anonymize working copies within 12 months of the last meaningful contact, unless there is an ongoing request, dispute, or legal need. Project correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to deliver and support the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Marketing contact details are kept while permission remains active; consent and opt-out records may be retained as needed to document preferences and prevent unwanted messages. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention periods. Deletion from an inbox does not automatically delete copies held in another service. Contact us about a particular record.
Access, correction, deletion, and concerns
Email us to ask what personal information you shared, correct it, request a copy or deletion, or stop marketing. You can also call if you cannot use email. Tell us the address you used and enough detail to find your request; please do not send identification documents unless we explain why they are needed.
We may need to verify that a request is yours. Rights, deadlines, and exceptions depend on the law that applies. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why. You may ask us to reconsider a decision by replying with “Privacy appeal” in the subject, and contact your relevant privacy regulator or state attorney general where applicable.
Children's information
This website is for adults arranging wall-printing projects. Children's-room and school examples are aimed at those adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information so we can arrange its removal.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when website practices change and show the date above. This notice covers this website; other services or communications may have their own notices.
